<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0 0 0 36pt;"><span style="font-size:14pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Vi fokuserer på de tradisjonelt mest utsatte gruppene. Lyske, bakside lår og knær. Disse streches på hver trening + trente muskelgrupper.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:14pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">På stedet løp med høy kneføring samt høy frekvens. Samme fokus hær: Armbruk og kneløft +pulskontroll.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0;"><span style="font-size:14pt;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">Dette med hvileaspektet i tankene. Må også her samkjøre med øvrig trening.</span></span></p>
